Layway:
We offer a 90 day Layaway Plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase, {including tax}. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms.
Alterations & adjustments such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day.
Expired layaways will forfeit one half of the 20% deposit. Any remaining monies paid will be given as an in-store credit.
Financing:
KeepSakes offers financing through Jeweler’s Express/GE Retail Sales Finance. If a customer is approved, 90 day purchases can be made with no interest if minimum monthly payments are made and the balance is paid within the allotted time. Special occasion purchases can be made for a 12 month period of time with no interest and minimum monthly payments if the balance is paid within the allotted time. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.
Gift Certificates:
KeepSakes offers gift certificates in any denomination.
Returns & Exchanges:
Most items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise for a period of 30 days with receipt. Special order and altered items are non-returnable.
Appraisal:
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on jewelry purchased at KeepSakes. This includes a detailed description and a picture of the item.
Custom Work:
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
