Why do you travel to Antwerp, Belgium?
I travel to Antwerp to provide the customer with the largest selection of diamonds at the best possible prices.
How do you bring the diamonds back from Antwerp, Belgium?
They are shipped through an overnight transportation company and delivered to our store.
Do you have financing?
Yes, we offer financing through GE Retail Sales Financing.
How often should I have my ring cleaned and inspected?
We recommend that you have your ring cleaned and inspected at least twice a year.
What time do you open and close?
Our business hours are from 10 A.M.-6 P.M. Monday-Friday and 10 A.M.-5 P.M. Saturday.
Do you have special holiday hours?
During Christmas our hours are from 10 A.M.-7 P.M. Monday-Friday and 10 A.M.-5 P.M. Saturday. The two Sundays prior to Christmas we are open from 1 P.M.-5 P.M.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes, we can create almost any custom design that you can imagine.
How much do you charge for engraving, repairs, alterations, resizing, etc?
Since every job is unique it is impossible to list a price although our prices for our services are very reasonable.
How long have you been in business?
We will be celebrating our 15 th year beginning in October 2012.
Do you send out jewelry/watch repairs?
All jewelry and most watch repairs are done in house although some specialty watches are sent out for repair.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Jewelry Express.
Do you have layaways?
We offer standard layaways for 90 days with a 20% deposit required. |
